Service time for physical examination and vehicle examination: 8:30~11:00 am, Monday to Friday. |

Clinic Hours for special arranged doctors: 9:00~12:00, 14:00~16:30。The clinic hours for Dr. Chuang Chiu-man, Dr. Chuang Huo-chuan and Dr. Tsao Tien-te are set according to the Hospital’s announcements. |
